What is the difference between size 4 and 4+?

There is no size difference at all!! There is increased absorbency in the + nappies that's all

How many individual bags of nappies are inside the box, and how many nappies individual boxes contain?

No I bought pampers baby dry size 4 plus. It's said 152 unit but actually I get 114 unit3 bags each 38 unit.

I find these leak by morning. Someone commented they have different design to ones bought in the shops, has anyone else found this?

I received a batch of some ‘bad’ ones. The shapes are different and they are ultra thin compared to the normal ones. I had to put one of these ones in my baby tonight as I run out and I’m crossing my fingers he won’t leak. The ones I was sent are clearly not the original baby dry ones. This is baby number two so I have been buying these nappies for over three years now. Amazon should sort this out really or else they lose their reputation.
