Works very well and easy to dump. Notifies you on the screen when needing dumped. Size is great for not being in the way but still not need to empty it all the time. Beautiful design very sleek looking in person. Not too loud either.

It’s quiet for a dehumidifier, but I always hear it when it’s on because it’s in our living space. But the noise is well worth it! The water capacity is surprising for how small it is. When it’s full, it beeps loudly once and the light turns from blue to red. Super straightforward. I have a fish tank in my house so I use it to keep humidity down, and it needs emptying about once a week. I’ve had it running continuously for almost a year now and it still works like it’s new.

I bought this for my daughter’s bedroom in Sept. 2024. It lasted for less than 6 months. Did not keep it on every day. It started making a weird sound and hot to the touch. Turned off the dehumidifier and unplugged it. The next day it would not work. Have tried finding contact information for manufacturer. Have sent a msg thru website but no response. There is no contact phone number. Very disappointed. Would NOT buy. Very nervous about the safety especially after it overheating. Very thankful it did not catch fire. I have not had any success with Amazon helping contact the manufacturer either. Have waited months from Amazon and Manufactures website.

It’s a great asset if the humidity is high in the state you live in.Las Vegas and Georgia are two different environmentsIt now feels cooler in the rooms where they are being used.I’ve purchased more to put into bedrooms.It’s well worth it, automatic shut off ,lighting in color, water container visible from the front.If you need one, it’s worth it!

I've read past comments about this product that complain about it not lowing the humidity levels in the room, but that's not the purpose, I live in south Florida in the sub tropics, that being said, this product is not designed to lower humidity levels, its designed to prevent the over saturation that humidity can cause like the collection of sweat on the walls and absorption of water in your clothes in the closet in small rooms. You would need a floor dehumidifier in order to lower humidity levels in any size room. The floor models have the power needed to rapidly absorb humidity. However, this model is perfect in my small bedroom with big closets. I no long have to rewash my clothes because of the musty and damp smell. Good luck. This serves its purpose for me.

I bought 3 of these & what a waste of good money! Worked well about 5 or 6 months & they all crashed out. 2 of them started a humming sound & suddenly stopped & the 3rd just stopped working without a clue that something was wrong with it.
