Fab for meal planning and being accountable
Fab for keeping track of meals, setting goals and keeping yourself accountable!

Need a tape measure to keep a score of waist, thigh, arms etc.
Like lots of pages to keep an eye on progress. Need a measure to keep an eye on changes of body shape.
