Hands Down the Best Topcoat for Flake Garage Floors!
Absolutely blown away by the quality of the Ghostshield Polyaspartic 930. This stuff is seriously top-tier! It dries incredibly fast, which is perfect for keeping the project moving, and the odor while noticeable is totally manageable and faded within a week. For me I have 6 dogs so dry time and fumes are top priority aswell as how well the floor hold up with scratches. I used it for a standard 2-car garage with a full flake system, and I can tell you from experience: you’ll need 6 gallons total to do it right. I underestimated the coverage and had to apply it in multiple sessions. But once I got the hang of it, the results were amazing. What impressed me most: High-end finish: Leaves a strong, professional-grade coating that looks stunning. Its smooth to the touch, shiny, and easy on bare feet. Fast cure time: Perfect for tight project timelines. Be careful to only mix one pot at a time or you will run out of pot life. Value for money: For the quality, the price is beyond reasonable. I cannot find anything comparable for a standard consumer. If you're a DIYer or homeowner wanting a showroom-quality garage floor, this is probably the best consumer-grade polyaspartic on the market right now. Just be sure to calculate your coverage accurately from the start! Its incredible, the thickness is crisp and is great for hard core claws and paws.

As good as any in the industry
I had two huge shops and one garage floor to coat in a matter of a few weeks. 1) Shop one, I used 50 gallons of one of the bigger industrial companies products. 2) Show two, I used 60 gallons of another industrial company. 3) Garage three, I decided to get artsy with a swirl pattern of four color epoxy and clear polyaspartic top coat from GhostShield on Amazon. 1) Shop one - Terrible! Still not dry, four months later. 2) Shop two - Great product, but smelled for 2 months after the installation. 3) Garage three - looks better than the other two and the top coat is every bit as hard, as easy to clean and only smelled for maybe a week. I would rate this way better than shop one and equal in finish and quality to shop 2 and I ordered it on Amazon. (Not needing a business front and tax ID to order from location 2)

Got a “defective” (didn’t have enough hardener) batch.
Bought this as a topcoat for garage. Put down a vapor barrier primer, waited for the proper recoat window, put down the epoxy layer, waited for recoat and put down another epoxy layer, went to use this topcoat and it didn’t have the right amount/enough in the cans as what was advertised! This was a problem, as I needed that topcoat. Attached pictures show how there was a manufacturing defect or something, causing the liquid to pool around the sealed top underneath the plastic ring covering everything but above the metal lid, leaving a shortage of the needed product. Would’ve attached the video, but I have a bad mouth and was not happy haha.

Great product and amazing customer service
After trying a DIY epoxy kit on my garage the quality and finish was lacking. After talking to professionals they recommended a polyasparatic. I came across this one and it honestly made my garage look brand new. It seems to be very durable and scratch resistant so far. The thing that put them over the top was their customer service. I had a packaging issue and some of the mix had leaked out into the box. I left a voicemail and they got back to me quickly and replaced the damaged product and I received it within days. I couldn't be happier with the company or the product.

Product came damaged and leaking
This product was dropped and leaking in the box when I arrived home. The harder was covered in epoxy and the lid was sealed shut.
