Using this for everything pretty much, the only downside is that I can't clean them in the dishwasher. Small capacity, but it's more than enough for two or even three people!

Honestly tempted to rate this as 1 (or even 0) stars, as I selfishly want all of these pans to myself. I use them on a daily basis for prepping veg, meat, etc., and they work great for that purpose, as well as in an oven (e.g. smaller serving of salmon en papillote, most recently) and keeping food in short-term (e.g. drying a cut of beef). Cleaning is easy, especially with the open bead – which I find doesn’t negatively impact the sturdiness of the pan. I wish they were a bit cheaper (or sold in value packs) but I’m still happy.

Perfect size for holding ingredients during meal prep, use it as utensil rest during cooking, or even as a serving tray (I use it for burger nights). The tray is pretty thick and so I hope it won’t warp over time like some other thinner ones (right now it sits flat on my countertop). I also use it to serve snacks during game days.

One trip through dishwasher ruined this pan. It now sheds some kind of metal dust every time it's washed even with just dish soap.
