Worth it!!! If you are thinking of getting it, do it and use it!!!
I have been using red light therapy for over one and a half years now. I splurged over a year ago and bought a Platinum LED Biomax 900 and absolutely love it. I wanted to get another panel to increase the light output but the first Biomax was $1500 with shipping. I saw this Bestqool Pro 300 on sale so I decided to get it. Was able to use my FSA card on it and that was a bonus. Anyway, after some screwup on Amazon with the delivery it finally arrived almost 2 weeks after I purchased it.Let me get to the good stuff… This Pro 300 only has 4 wavelengths but it puts out an impressive amount of light. I would argue that it actually produces move joules of light then my Biomax light does. I have noticed a real boost in the effects of my energy, my skin looking healthier, and most importantly, the anti inflammatory affect it has on my ankle. It is not of the same quality as my Biomax light is nor does it have as many wavelengths but it was also half the price. (The Biomax also has a digital panel with a lot more controls as well as a remote and you can use an app for it. I don’t use those features, just turn it on and use it.) I would recommend this light 100%. Just be sure to use it the recommended amount each week. (I use mine 5 days a week because of my ankle problem that it helps with) Also, I have started adding some exercises when I’m sitting in front of my lights to give me something to do and have noticed a nice affect on my muscle tone.Anyway, if you are looking to get a red light for therapy I would recommend this unit to start with, it’s a quality unit.

Great product so far.
This light is great so far. I been noticing a difference when I get acne. If I get a bump usually takes couple days before it turns into white head. They don’t even make it to that stage they just go away after 2-3 days. Excited for the long term use of this product. Especially both of them together now that I can get my entire body at the same time.

Red & Near InfraRed, as specified!
Item came quickly. Powered up with no problems!Performed measurement of wavelengths, the led's used are indeed within the specified 4 wavelength values. Completely clean in the blue-light range.

First Use of Red Light Panel: Surprising Fatigue Response
The panel arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, with no visible damage or issues. I haven’t used it long enough to comment on long-term results or benefits, but I wanted to share some early impressions. After standing in front of the panel for 10 minutes with both the red and near-infrared lights on, I experienced noticeable fatigue. I'm not sure yet if this is a normal initial response or something specific to my body, but it's worth noting for those who are just starting out.

Great Purchase
So far, I love this purchase. Easy to use, came well packaged with no damage. Directions are clear. Since it's new, I don't have results yet, I will update my review in a month.

Glad I bought it - I have been faithfully using it
I purchased this item because I read up on some of what red light therapy can do. I have had pain in my right shoulder and elbow for quite some time. After a week or so, my shoulder felt better and after a few weeks my shoulder feels a lot better. I am using it on other body parts as well and I am noticing improvements there as well. As I get older (57 years old now), I am looking for ways to heal instead of mask pains and this seems to be working for me. I am more optimistic about my physical possibilities by using the light. It feels well built, but still pretty light to manage. I did read the manual, but I think it would be pretty easy to operate because the operator interface is pretty simple. Although it is a chunk of money, I am glad I went with the larger light (Pro 200) so I can cover more area at once.

Bestqool shipped a broken product... (greedy company)
I ordered the Bestqool Pro300 just before December. It took a week for them to ship it to me. When I opened the box I saw that about 15-20 of the LED diffusers had fallen off. I contacted Amazon to get a replacement, but Amazon said that Bestqool would only refund my money. So I checked to see if there was stock available. There was stock available but Bestqool had raised the price by $180! So Bestqool doesn't want to replace it because then they wouldn't be able to screw someone else out of an extra $180 during the Christmas shopping season. Bestqool is the Grinch in corporate form. Bah-hum-bug!
