VERY fussy to try to install
The brackets do not have enough of a curve in front to assure the box will not slide off. Trying to tighten the screws to make the holding brackets secure is just about impossible. End of bracket which goes under deck rail is not deep enough. Would love to return them, but just too much trouble for everyone. Would NOT recommend.

Should work, but doesn't
I have used this type of bracket for many years. One of mine fell and I was unable to retrieve it, so I thought I could replace it. This one "looks" like mine but kept falling off. Thankfully it had a hole, probably designed for a nail, and that's the only way it could work. So yes, it works but no, not how it's actually supposed to work.

Can't be adjusted to fit 2 x 6 deck railing as advertised.
These are totally useless because the manufacturer has painted over the adjustment screws so thickly that the screws will not turn with stripping them.Returned all units.

Don't bother with this subpar bracket
useless,on one railing the bolt was so tightly screwed and misaligned into the adjustable slide that it was impossible to loosen. And testing it out once you have the correct spacing, you can't fully tighten it because the nut is underneath, with the bracket already hooked onto your railing...you can't hold the nut as you tighten it!

Missing parts
The product worked for what I needed it to do but some of the screws were missing to hold the adjustable arms together. I was able to scrounge around my house and find some screws to replace them but would have made it much easy to have all the parts included with the original package.

Do the job
A little lighter than the ones I had previously, but work just fine.

Would not purchase again. I agree the price is way too high for an item of this quality. One bracken is great; the other bracket does not match in size.

these are the best to set your longer pots on and they hang on you 2x4 post I would recommend them t everyone I have bought them several times people comment on them all the time.
