I love the packaging and value—this tea feels high-quality and is reasonably priced. I bought it for DIY hair care, but recently tried it as a tea and was pleasantly surprised. Mixed with honey, it has a cozy, soothing flavor. As someone recovering from a recent respiratory illness, the mucilage provided a comforting coating for my raw, raspy throat. It thickens the longer it steeps, which can look unusual if you’re not used to it, but that gelatinous consistency is exactly why I’m excited to use it for hair care—it should give excellent slip for finger detangling. A versatile, comforting product I’d happily buy again from this seller.

This taste so amazing with chamomile, licorice and lemon balm tea ! It helps with my sinuses.

The quality is great. I do cold infusions with 5 tbsp root for every liter of water. I use the infusion to make gut friendly marshmallows and I drink a glass before bed. It makes me feel very calm and I have noticed improvement in my digestive system and regularity.

It’s okay. You will want to mix it with something else because it does not taste delicious.

This marshmallow root was a lifesaver when my son had a bad cough! I put about ¼ cup of the marshmallow root in a jar with a cup of lukewarm water, covered tightly with a lid and soaked it for a day, shaking it occasionally. Then I would strain out about ¼ of the thickened liquid and mix it with softened ice cream. It coated and soothed his throat. Plus I feel good supporting Ukrainian farmers!

Makes delish home made marshmallows! Best one I’ve found so far.
