This Lugols Iodine is both a stomach saver and a life saver! I cannot tell you how many times I have finished a meal and started feeling nauseous... And I eat rather healthy. But Anytime I feel it coming on, I put a dropper full of the iodine solution into a glass of [purified] water, and the nausea is gone within 30 minutes of drinking it! This gives credence to Hulda Clark's theory that bacteria overgrowth, in the food, is commonly the cause of an upset stomach. I have also used this solution for "sun poisoning" symptoms when I got too much sun exposure. Iodine is historically a treatment protocol for radiation poisoning. Thank You Dr. Clark for your wisdom!
