Very very good and packets are convienent.
Individual packets that are very thick consistency. Flavor was very good. We don't do pasta nero very often so this is the perfect solution.

Perfect for my black pasta
I never thought I can afford to play around with some cuttlefish ink until I found these wonderful individual packets. What a great price for so many packets so now I'm going to make me some black pasta and also I have a couple other dishes that will use this cuttlefish ink as I like to make lots of Asian food because it's very healthy for you. And it's definitely a dark black color so you will be very pleased.

Salty, but good
It has salt. I didnt check so I ended up with a pretty salty dish after. So, go easy on the salt when using this for food.

Just know how to use it.
It worked great for my deep fried squid ink calamari. One cup rice flour, one cup corn starch, two tbl spns baking powder, two envelopes squid ink, and bubble water to make the batter. Great recipe.

Perfect with no fishy smell or taste to the applied product
I used this product to make black brioche slider rolls. My recipe calls for me to leave the dough in the refrigerator for 24hours to let the flavor develop. I was significantly worried that the bread will have an off putting fishy taste. But, there was no evidence of a fish taste or smell. Perfect for the job and the outcome was spectacular!

Perfect size!
Great product. I've really enjoyed not having to open a full jar guys to use a few grams. The color is great. The taste is there. This is Perfect for small batch. I used 2 packets with 9 egg yolks, 165g of 00, and 55g of durum and made a beautiful Agnolotti.
