Very good item. It's cleared numerous problems for myself, family & friends.

If this is a prime item, why is mine not due until the 28th? Ordered on the 26th.

We have the same problem but put it down to living ‘out of the way’. We’re waiting for an Amazon delivery due today, now 17.10 still not arrived. I don’t think Amazonmean next day delivery as it’s getting more likely two day - or longer - is now the norm.

How do you remove the pipe & cap fitted on arrival? Tried unscrewing, pulling - can't get it off. With the cap there, air can't get through.

If you are talking about the black adaptors? they pull off, but they are very tight. Warm water helps. Nothing else needs to be dismantled to get the item to work. Once the plunger is operated a few times and the trigger is pulled air forced through the adaptor.

are there supposed to be instructions

Didn’t get any instructions with mine. Just used a suitable nozzle pumped it up and released with trigger. Worked ok but still used drain cleaner to remove residue.
