Fantastic monopod. I mainly focus on Wildlife & Motorsport photography and I'm mostly on the move with big telephoto lenses so a Tripod wasn't suitable. I wanted a good value monopod so that I could stop some of the camera shakes that comes with a 5kg lens but wasn't expecting carbon fibre to be anywhere near my price range! It is easily light enough to carry anywhere and that is helped by having a strap that will hook to a belt when walking around. The one thing I would recommend, that I tried to go without one, is a tilt head/ball head as I found that, especially when shooting Rally events, I was having to shoot at a skewed angle and correct the horizon in post-processing. Who knew the forest floor wouldn't be completely flat...I picked up a Manfrotto one for £25 so they won't break the bank.Delivery was prompt too, arriving a day earlier than stated.

Ok, not sure if the locking legs actually take the weight. Need to test in the field more.
