Easy to replace.
As an amateur plumber I was a little worried about trying to replace this flush valve because access is very restricted in the concealed cistern but after a bit of a wiggle I managed it OK. Flushing is now a gentle push on the button instead of a poke with a wooden spoon!

Excellent Quality Replacement from a considerate Company
My original Dudley valve lasted close to 20 years in a frequently used cloakroom. I was delighted to find that the newer version (Niagra Flush) produced by Dudley not only felt good quality but had been designed so that it would fit the original housing of the concealed cistern, making a potentially tricky and messy job simple. It fitted a treat! Their support desk was able to promptly and clearly answer a couple of follow-up questions I had about replacing the push-button whilst the wall was opened up. I really appreciate the consideration this company has given to its customers.

Does what I needed it to do!
It is very hard to get excited about a toilet flush valve. After googling the problem with the toilet I went into the cistern and pulled out the existing valve and went off to B&Q. Unfortunately they didn't stock the product so came onto Amazon to see if I could find one. This product is a direct replacement for the existing valve that I had - for me it was just a case of unscrewing the old one and screwing this in and the problem was solved. The reasons I have only given this 3 stars is that firstly it didn't come with any instructions. Whilst my fix was easy, some guidance about what the different parts do (which side the green and white tubes should be fixed to etc) would be helpful. Secondly I really don't think I can say that I love this product as would be indicated by 5 stars. This does the job I need it to do.
