perfect fit - but not an easy repair
The battery fit perfect,,, exact replacement to my Gen 7 Nano. But, don't take on this project unless you are patient and have a steady hand. Removing 8 screws, that make eyeglass screws look gigantic, is easy, but putting them back in is not easy. I began my project just to replace the battery. After botching that up, I ended up replacing the battery, screen and glass. But now I think I have a brand new Gen 7 Nano. For an audiobook listener,,, I'm thrilled. Tentative recommendation... The product is great, but the project is a fun challenge.

Poor quality. The installation process was difficult and not user-friendly. Battery is defective. Sadly, I can not return because it’s passed the 30 days.

Necesitaba cambiar la batería de un iPod viejito que tenía, esta fue la mejor opción que encontré, aunque se tardo en llegar pero llegó. Trae todo lo necesario para desarmar y volver a armar el iPod, a excepción de lo obvio que es el cautín para poder desoldar la batería, fuera de eso no requerí nada extra, porque trae los destornilladores perfectos para la medida de los tornillo, las palanquitas de plástico para extraer la pantalla sin dañarla.
