First I bought 1 then 2 then 3 now 4 they work great for businesses

Great item, so difficult to install properly
The item is great, works well, looks fantastic but is so hard to install. I literally had 15 hours into the set-up with 89 advertisers and some misc wording. It still did not end up the way we wanted but it worked. They really need some English instructions that are much more in depth. I ended up downloading the software from another website that offered these for sale. They had a great download option (for laptop, cell phone was easy) and I made it work.

Awesome sign for the money! Great Customer Service!
After 8 months of owning two of these, the Wi-Fi signal quit working on the one, I messaged them, they told me how to reset the system with full instructions, i do that and that didn’t solve the issues, so they sent me a replacement sign, with better software and programming capabilities! I would give them 10 stars If I could, highly recommended! Will buy more when needed!

Great Value for price point
this sign is very nice and bright. little difficult at first due to china product. language .system will need a firmware software update immediately for the wifi function to work properly but once i did that OK . the backgrounds are not the greatest but i don't use those much. you will need to get a smaller pixel sign for that. overall sign looks good color options .

Easy to program
Replacing broker neon signs with these. Should work well for us.

Updated: I've had two signs stop responding to the software on the PC. After writing seller, they sent directions to fix. While easy to do, not something that should be needed.1.Remove the screws on the left side, pull out frame.2.Slide the back panel out a bit.3.Power on the lights, then press and hold the black button on the control card for about 15-20 seconds. The IP number will appear on the led display. It has been reset, and should start working again with PC........Old ReviewLike another reviewer, it only lasted 2 weeks, then stopped communicating with PC. I was curious about what was inside, but found the plastic clip was already broken. I now believe this was refurbished, fixed, and sent back out, only to break again. I also notice the price went up. Not worth it.More negative reviews have been purged. The replacement was working for like 2 months, because I refused to update the message. I finally broke down and did. Now I can't change the message again. What garbage.

Software is HORRIBLE
Translate it to English and half the menus are still in Chinese. Took me 3 hours to figure out I had to delete all the old programs in the upper left hand menu to get rid of their text and backgrounds. Its a great sign for the money, but I would have paid more for the others with software I can understand.
