Really Works Great
Well, our old mixer finally gave up the ghost. It had lasted a few years though, meaning 40! When I found this one on Amazon and read the reviews, I was happy to have found it. It is so different from our old one!We both love the digital thing happening on top there. It is very easy to use when you have arthritic fingers. Also, it is extremely light weight and the handle is so easy to hold. So that is a wonderful difference between this and the old one.As for the accessories, I know someone younger will really like them. However, I am no longer baking bread! So those will stay in the case. We have only used the "flat" beaters. I've never heard that term before. Also, I put the whisk in a drawer and we will probably use that too. Also like that 3 year warranty! So anyway, I am really happy about this purchase! It's so pretty I love to look at it. I wish more companies would put nice colors rather than white, silver, black, and red. Soooo sick of those choices! So I'm really glad about this pretty color. So this little mixer works wonderfully. And it is very good looking! You should pick one of these up if you're in the market for one. I highly recommend!

Brilliant design - Everything I wanted and more
I can’t say enough positives about this hand mixer. It is brilliantly conceived and greatly improves on the current standard by the big names This is exactly as described - and quite beautiful too. I had what appeared to be a good black/decker and after 2 uses I realized unless whipping something light like whipped cream, one of the beaters would not seat and stay in. It was useless. This is set up to be user friendly and you can easily increase and decrease the speed however you need to before you start it up during. The speed is digitally displayed - staring you in the face. I can start it up at a speed of 5 unlike other brands that you have to move from 1 to 2 and on up as you best. There is a turbo button to while mixing if needed, and you can just click the off button to stop it - no going down the speed settings like others. The color combo is very pleasing, it’s lightweight but sturdy. And finally it really does click into the holder. My old one was always at risk of toppling over and not sitting down far enough, and the cord and beaters would fall out snd scattered. I highly recommend this innovative effective appliance designed with the user in mind!

Nice and sturdy
The beaters are nice and thick, the mixer has a nice weight to it - I was worried the beaters might be a little flimsy but that is not the case at all

Good Little Handmixer
I wanted to wait to write my review to see how and if the mixer held up. I am pleased to say that it has. I have used it for cakes, puddings, icing, frosting, mashed potatoes, etc. The only thing I haven't use it for is cookies or bread, but that is because I used my KitchenAid for cookies and the bread I make is typically no-mixer-required, my Danish whisk works perfectly for my no knead artisan loaves. However, I think this would hold up nicely for a single batch of cookies that aren't too thick. Most hand mixers have issues for my level of cookie making. [I actually bought Sunbeam stand mixer that died on its third use making boxed instant potatoes, I kid you not! I never made cookies with it! Good thing! My first and second use (one day) was for 2 boxed cake mixes and frosting that went with them. I would have returned, but it took me quite a while to use it after making the cakes, it was summer and I got it in spring, I don't do much baking when it is hot.] All that aside, this is way better than the previously mentioned stand mixer! I would recommend it to casual and regular bakers, not sure how it would hold up with several double or triple batches of regular drop cookie dough. If you decide to attempt a double batch I would suggest mixing your butter, sugar(s), eggs, vanilla, and other wet ingredients, then slowly add your flour mixture until you hear your mixture struggling a bit. At that time, switch to hand mixing to finish off addition of flour, and any nuts, chips, etc. Not making cookies with it is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. If I decide to attempt a small batch (single or double) of cookies with it, I will update the review and let you know how it held up.

GREAT MIXER, Full features
Wow! This is Really a great mixer & a "Big surprise" to me. I read all the reviews on all the hand held mixers on Amazon and none of them had a 5 star rating better than about 80%. Which seems pretty low for similar mixers. This CBQ mixer is Super smooth in operation and pretty light. The low speed is perfect for slow speed mixing and the soft start works well. Doesn't splatter at all. Love the fact it has a thermal safety feature if you were to overload the motor. Our last Hamilton Beach didn't have such a feature and the motor just burned up while mixing chocolate chip cookie dough. Mixer blade eject function is smooth and easy. Love the digital display and 9 speed capability. The power rating seems good at 400W, where as a lot of the more expensive, name brand, mixers were as low as 110W. Burst of speed allows you to easily pull the blades up out of mixed dough and clean off excess mixture from the blades. Like fact the mixer blades are all stainless steel. There were no other reviews of this mixer, so I basically I took a chance that it would work; and it turned out to be a winner! A nice added feature that CBQ should implement is having the mixer snap into the storage base so the base would stay attached when using the mixer handle to lift & store the package.

Only worked twice
Purchased this hand mixer on 2/5/25 and received it on 2/10/25. We have used it twice and it has already stopped working. No way to directly contact the seller to check warranty information. When you click on the warranty information it states that you have to contact the seller directly. How do you contact the seller if a phone number or email address is not provided. Poor reliability, would not recommend this item.
