***UPDATE***Customer Service has reached out to me and is sending me a new replacement cartridge for this machine. Even though my time was up for being able to return, they reached out to rectify the problem. They have been very helpful in getting this resolved. This is a great machine that works perfectly for what I need it for and is used daily. If you have an issue, reach out to Customer service. They are great and will help you!Will not work. Ink cartridge says abnormal when installed. Was a great printer when I started buying them although the replacement cartridge never would work I would just have to buy a new machine each time. This new one won’t even work with the cartridge that came with it. Was finishing up my previous before using this one so of course my return window is expired.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this printer and tried to set it up for the first time. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing multiple issues that make it completely unusable:• Despite selecting the USA as my region, the printer defaults to Portugal.• When I press the letter “E,” the printer selects “S.”• Essential functions such as “Return” and “New” are unresponsive when using the stylus/pen.This is extremely frustrating, especially for a product that costs over $200. At this point, I would appreciate immediate assistance—either a step-by-step guide to resolve these issues or a replacement unit.Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this. I expected a much smoother experience from a product at this price point.

This was bought last July/2024 and half the screen doesn't work. We can't get a full spelling done because 1/2 the screen isn't working. I'm hoping the company sees this and can guide me to how to fix or replace it. It's only been used once and now that we have a product that we want to print our rescues name on, it won't work.

Works great for a small warehouse. Since I bought it, I have not replaced the ink (1yr). It gets used for labeling. It does take time to get used to it and how to work it, but once you figure it out, then it is easy.

The scanner worked great the first couple of months, now it's just so so. Cannot get a decent black ink cartridge, the cartridge that goes with it has not been in stock since I bought the scanner. I have ordered others but they do not work well with scanner. I have reached out to the seller, all they told me is that they are out of stock, but they do have the white cartridges. Not good customer service. Don't buy unless you can guarantee ink.Since I last wrote this, things have change. The seller reach out to us again and has resolved our cartridge problem. We now are getting a cartridge that goes with the scanner. Many thanks to the seller

The lengths I had to go to to figure this out… just to not have figured it out. I’m disappointed. A how-to video doesn’t exist for this yet. I’ll be back when there are better instructions.

Update - customer service review6/21 happy to share that customer service has been amazing. The moment they received my review, they reached out with possible solutions for the device. Though some of the issues were resolved, others arose and I communicated this to the team. They apologized and are sending me a new device. Fingers crossed the unit works when I receive it.— original review —-The screen is not responding. It has been less than 3 months since I purchased this. I don't see a way to get a hold of the seller. I'm hoping this message gets their attention. Happy to revise the star rating once the issue is resolved. It seems my unit is faulty.
