Can you use these more than once or are they disposable?

You can use each one for several weeks before it becomes unusable. However, rinse it under the tap after each use, and ensure you have removed all traces of food.

Are brushes one use only?

No, they can be reused and cleaned after use just as a toothbrush would be. The wire weakens with use and after a while they become to flexible. One will last me about a week.

Is this one teepee or one packet of teepees? If it’s the latter, how many in the packet?

Usually packets are advertised as 8 in pack, I buy the one with 25 in pack

How often a day would I use these?

I personally use them before I clean my teeth at night. But if there's something that I can feel stuck between any one of my teeth during the day I use them to dislodge whatever is there. Might carry them with me if going out for a meal for the same reason. It can get annoying if something is stuck and won't come out.
