Great toaster, so far. Such a great price! It replaces a very expensive toaster that bit the dust so hoping low price doesn't mean low durability. It operates just fine. Very slight uneven toasting from edge to edge on bread but not enough to downgrade because of that.

This toaster makes toast. So far the toast, on a setting of 3 for us, comes out perfect every time. The price is reasonable and quality of this unit seems pretty good. What’s not to like.

Very nice looking. The toaster works well, I really enjoy the frozen selection button. My eggo has never tasted so good. Only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the electrical cord comes out of the middle of the toaster rather than the end.

This toaster is great. It's light, compact, has every feature that I had hoped a larger and more expensive toaster would have: easy to change dial to adjust the toasting time, a button to adjust for frozen bread, a button for Bagels with large enough slots for the thicker slices, and it even has a Cancel button, unlike my previous toaster. The crumb catcher is easy to use and the results are consistent. I've used it frequently for about a month with no problems! I'm very happy with it!

This affordable toaster is fantastic for small kitchens. It toasts a little lighter on one side, but half way through I turn the toaster around. Looks very nice on counter top and takes up little space. For the price, it is a win, win!

Rather simple and cheap except that the dial one turns to adjust the heat is almost useless as it is the same color (black) and plastic as the 6 heating positions making it almost impossible to determine the setting it should be pointing to. At my advanced age, it is almost impossible to find the Arrow indicator. Also the lower number two setting is close to burning toast, making me wonder what the higher settings could possibly be used for.

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a fancy toaster. I saw this one. It matches the rest of my appliances and has all the functions I need plus the cancel function which I like a lot. Quality product at a good price.

I received two toasters – not sure if I inadvertently ordered two or two were sent to me by mistake. I immediately initiated a return on one without even opening it. No problem. After using the other toaster about three times I decided to return it because it toasts unevenly and that's unacceptable. But I am unable to initiate a return for this because Amazon keeps telling me I already started a return. This is a messy and unsatisfactory transaction.I am sorry, I didn't realize that I failed to upload this review. As it happens I became ill and have been bedbound for several weeks. Is it possible still to return these toasters even though I am past the due date? Due to the holiday, I had no friends in town to help me but people have returned and I think I can get this returned complete within the next few days. Will you still accept it? I also want to clarify and should have done so in the first place that there really was nothing wrong with the delivery. The error must have occurred in the warehouse, I don't know but in any event I'm going to increase the number of stars due to my thinking this is no fault of the delivery person . It is strange however that I received two of the items and one just didn't work. It only toasted a portion of the toast about 5% on top and then when it was done it flew out of the toaster and almost across my kitchen. There wasn't really any effective way to adjust the toaster to manage to make it work.
