Good printer
I got this printer to use for my classes and it works great, it was easy to setup and has a clear printing quality. definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something affordable and reliable (just like I was).

Great Printer, Great Value. I'm A Happy Camper.
Oh, how I loved my old Pixma MG3620 before it fell victim to a faulty set of ink cartridges. I knew when it came time to replace it that I needed the same model. Luckily, Amazon still sells this one, but at half the cost of my old one. Score! The printer connected to our WiFi with no problem and was extremely easy to set up. Since this unit replaced an older printer of the same model, I'm already familiar with its function. The test prints I made were clear and crisp; the colors were vibrant and the black printing legible with no print artifacts left on the page. I still haven't had the opportunity to test a photo print because I haven't located my photo paper, but as soon as I do, I expect nothing less than a perfect photo print because that's where Canon printers excel.I use my phone and the Canon PRINT app on my Galaxy S23 to scan photos. I love that I can scan up to 100 photos in one batch, or scan documents in PDF format and save them into one file. I've never loved a printer and its functionality more than I have this particular Canon model, which is why this is my second Pixma MG3620. I hope I have much better luck with this one, and it won't be brought down by a set of inferior ink cartridges like its predecessor.

It worked for 5 weeks. My hubby who fixed computers in the 1970s was able to fix it YAY.
This was original review Feb 2025. Just because I have BA AA BS degrees in computer stuff doesn't mean I can hook up printers and other hardware...just saying. Last year I got 3 different printers before I got one to work. This year that one ran out of ink - I thought it would be no big deal to change the ink. AH HA - nope. What a waste of money. It shall remain nameless but rhymes with mother. It may have been the Canadian version - but it sent to Florida and printed English...I got this cute little red $49 Cannon printer and I am VERY GLAD I kept the hard wire connector wire from the old printer because it was not included and I am not ready to connect to my phone (I am in a rural area so the cell coverage is weak.) The directions were clear, it warned me if you hard wire connect to your computer you probably won't be able to wi-fi connect and sure enough it didn't do it. But IT PRINTED a document in less than an hour from out of the box! Then I printed a color document and it looks great also! I am so impressed by this great Canon printer. WOW. I will update if it gets wonky, someone said the initial ink supply is very small so I also bought the replacement ink cartridges. I only took one star off because I had to supply the connection cable that used to come with peripheral devices back in the olden days. This is so inexpensive I might buy another one just to connect via wi-fi. Very happy customer.A week later and I am still happy! It prints, text looks great!NOW IT IS FEB 15 AND ONE PIECE OF PAPER GOT STUCK! It is trash! I cannot remove the paper and cannot return the printer. Every time the electricity does a power flex (and we live in the country rural so it does it at least weekly) the printer forgets how it's connected. BIG NOTE IF YOU CONNECT IT VIA WI-FI YOU CANNOT CONNECT IT DIRECTLY TO YOUR PRINTER, IT WILL NOT PRINT. WHEN THE POWER GOOFS UP, IT RESETS THAT and quits printing.I wish I had paid more attention to the other owner review that said this has problems. THAT IS THE UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE CENTURY. I am 30 miles from a print source - or I can do sneaker net to my husbands ratty old HP printer he got from me when i was fed up with their pirate ink service. This is probably a lousy boat anchor too!The internet was no help either. Hubby used to fix computers, and build printers, he pressed some latches on the bottom feed tray and get the torn piece of paper out. The print quality is still shabby, but I am tired of buying poor quality printers or ones that hyjack you for ink.

Works Fine but Setup Was a Bit Tricky
I’ve been using this Canon Pixma MG3620 for a few weeks now. The print quality is decent for everyday documents and photos, and I like that it supports wireless printing from my phone and tablet. However, the initial setup took longer than I expected and was a little frustrating to get the WiFi connection working properly. Once it was set up, printing has been mostly smooth, though the ink cartridges don’t last very long if you print a lot. Overall, it’s an okay printer if you don’t need anything fancy and want basic wireless functionality.

Fine for the price.
Pretty good quality for a $50 printer. Didn't have any issues with setup, though I had a USB printer cord lying around already due to wireless issues with a previous printer so I just plugged that in right away. Colors look great with the name brand Canon ink; having some color issues with an off-brand but that's on me for trying the cheaper option. I'm using it to make stickers, and my biggest complaint is not being able to get the blacks as dark as I'd like on the sticker paper, but again, it's a $50 printer.

Awesome Printer, Love it!!:-)
I just love this printer!! It is my very first Canon & also my first printer ever that I've been able to connect wirelessly to every laptop & phone in the house & of my coarse PC. Very easy to setup & connect wirelessly & it prints beautifully. Not too slow either like my last printer. I never knew if it was going to print or not lol. I hope to have this printer a long time. I am a very happy customer!!:-)
