I am very impressed with this roll pillow. I have always had neck pains, but with the years passing it's much worse now with my bulging discs. Too many sleepless nights and mornings where you can barely move and get out of bed. I bought this with low expectations. SOOOO...when I tried it the first night, I found it pretty stiff being new. I couldn't use it all night for it made me sorer. However, the next few nights I laid with it under my neck just while laying for a while and it did provide some relief. The following nights, I was able to fall asleep with it. I realized you have to figure out with trial and error how best to use it. Don't get discouraged because it didn't eliminate you pain on the first night. This is definitely a great buy. I am very happy.

This was a replacement for one left on a plane and I like it even better than the old one! The diameter is smaller than my old one and works better. The memory foam cradles my neck at just the right angle. I love that the cover is washable! Great quality item!

It's too uncomfortable to use under my neck, but I found it good to help prop my torso up while side sleeping

It’s comfortable and withstands my kids and cars but it’s a little thick. Not too bad but a teeny bit smaller I feel would let my head rest more comfy on the bed.

This is a good pillow if you have neck or back problems. My 98-year-old mother uses this because it supports the back of her neck and prevents her from having any neck or back issues in the evenings when she’s sleeping. Since using this all of her neck, pain has pretty much gone away while she’s in bed highly recommended, especially for our elders. This is made for back sleepers only and some side sleepers, but definitely not somebody who sleeps on their stomach.

Very happy with the two pillows I bought to use after shoulder surgery for under my neck and for propping up my arm. Now I use one for support under my neck when doing certain floor exercises and the other behind my back in a recliner. The cover washes up nicely. I'd call the firmness medium. No off smell or anything on arrival. Would buy again.

This is a nice narrow pillow. I wish it had been a little narrower. The memory foam is pretty firm. I had neck pain after a few days use. I’m still not sure if it’s for me.
