I used it for my hair a little sticky but dries nicely , last in my hair for and extremely long time 1-7 days or however long needed

Firstly I'd like to say I have been lucky enough to never suffer from problematic skin , I have always had a pretty good complexion , with the odd spot popping up here and there. I do have an established skin care routine and I do wear a spf every day however i decided to add glycerine to my routine as i had learnt some time ago that it is a humectant and helps plump your skin so I thought why not as after all I am 41 years old. I added this to my routine both morning and evening mixed with rose water. I instantly noticed that my skin felt plump , supple ,and looked dewy. As the days had passed I noticed that my complexion was becoming more even , and although I don't have any big skin concerns this was still hugely noticeable to me , something I can't quite put my finger on as like I say my skin is good anyway but something just looks different in a positive way . I rarely wear make up and have always been confident not to do so, but adding glycerine to my routine has been a complete game changer as now I have the perfect glass skin , I would advise to wait 10 minutes before adding a spf . I don't use a moisturiser as this is enough for me, I sometimes have some left over once mixed as a little goes a long way so I apply this to my neck , hands , elbows and knees.
