Delicious organic wild garlic
Lovely, delicious and organic, dried wild garlic. If you happen to not own a few hundred hectares of the right kind of land, and don't want to break any laws or try to obtain land owners' permission, and go out for a few weeks each year to sustainably collect your own and hope nothing bad has left its deposit on the leaves... then this is much easier! It seems very good quality, not too fine and dried to dust but not too course as to need to watch for fibrous clumps. Very nice to 'discover' this organic certified product. Produce of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Wishing for peace and equality.
