I have been using this device for more than a year now so I think that I can give a fair feedback. If the question is, does it worth the price? then the answer would be, yes and no, depending on the use you want to make of it. I got it for facials because I have blackheads/whiteheads and I needed a facial twice a month so this device made me save a lot!!!!!! Now if it's to get a facial spa with the idea of enjoying the benefits of essential oils than it is not the right device for. The pros: Small device, really good steam performance, relaxing, the pores open very well (but you generally have to fill the tank twice or three times to get the same result as by the beautician). The cons: Essentials oil baskets become hard over time and you really have to twist them hard to remove them from the nozzle which I think may cause the nozzle to break with time (I have always been using distilled water as recommended in the user guide). Water drips from the tank which mean you have to always turn the device upside down when you finish and empty it from tha water ( I noticed that form the beginning but I had thrown the box away so I couldn't send it back) it may be a a manufacturing fault on my appliance I don't know..... But THE WORST in this device and wat I really find disturbing is that water droplets are ejected in the middle of the steam and this hurts my face because the water is hot!!! but again it may be a a manufacturing fault on my appliance.....
