I received my led mask and it doesn’t charge, it doesn’t work

I bouhght this item because my sister was really satisfied with its blue light and how it helps with acne. My daughter is also using it for acne - her skin is moderate now. I am using red light and not so sure it is helping. Have been using it consistently for a 2 ,5 month. May be those who see me from the side would notice better but pores are still the same , and no other wow effects that are visible to me. Will continue using it cuz there is no harm. But i am not sure wether these red light masks work or no

The battery goes off very quickly and you need to charge frequently. Also timings are less than 3 minutes, most of the times stops after 1 minute!

Battery life is a real disappointment, after the first 2 months of use it barely held charge and the red light in particular seems to drain the battery fast. I sometimes only get 2 to 3 uses before it needs a recharge and occasionally the red light will only be on for a minute before it switches off.
