Does it rub off easily?

Until it’s dry it gets everywhere. Once it’s dry it will leave a little contact color on pillows, couches…. wherever you lay your hair for extended time without y some friction. I have not noticed transfer of color to clothes but some to hats. After it’s dry it can be touched. If you put a lot (cake it on) it takes longer to dry but is more vibrant and more likely to transfer. If you do it in a thin layer it dries quickly and is harder to work with especially for long hair. It washes out well either way.

After coloring and drying, can i brush through and use a curling iron?

It will take time to dry. Did not style other than a punk-like style The stuff is waxy. Weighs hair down a bit I purchased the PINK color, my husband used it for a party, on the white part of beard the color was amazing, one his dark hair it was slgihtly pink (mostly his scalp) and hair itself was a silvery lavendar color.
