Sadly I regularly suffer from gout and Achilles tentinitis - all in the same foot. I am often unable to put my foot in anything more than a sock. I can't even wear my sport flip flops at times. Frustration and dression are a huge result of immobility. But thanks to these puppies, My life has been transformed!! These are awesome! The adjustable velcro fastener lets me easily and consistently adjust comfort for any amount of swelling and pain tolorance. The open heel never touches the hot spots in the back in my heal. And while I was concerned that “orthopedic shoes” would look embarrassing for a guy so young to have to wear… I was delighted to hear that my wife thinks the look cool or like athletic recovery shoes. They seem well made, fit according to size, work great for a wide foot and feel like standing in a cloud. Highly recommend!!

Bought for my Dad. His feet most days are swollen and sensitive from neuropathy and due to many health issues. Our goal was to find a shoe he could slip on and that the shoe would fit , be comfortable, and safe for him to walk. This shoe met and exceeded our goal. My dad's foot swelling is always changing. Some days the swelling is worse and this shoe is adjustable. He normally wears a size11 and we did buy a size 12. He wore them to a Dr. Appt and loved them. Thanks for a great product

Great slip on slide shoe for someone with a foot injury.I purchased these for someone with wounds on his foot. He had dressings and ace bandages. He could not fit a shoe on his foot. These with tge velcro closure adjusted to fit hos bandaged foot.A nurse at Duke Wound Care inquired about the slip on closed toe shoes asking where I found them because they were perfect for his foot wound patients.I highly reccomend them. I found these shoes looking for "diabetic foot ulcer shoes" and " high rated"And these were perfect. The fact they are a closed toe option is another upside.They look good for a shoe that needs to perform a function.

Traction: Decent traction on snow. I had to shovel snow a couple of times with them, and they were good.Stiffness: They aren't super stiff shoes. They are about average as far as stiffness goes.Value for money: They are reasonable priced.Support: They're pretty good. They're easy to get into and adjust. If you have shoes that are "zero drop," these take a little bit to get used to.Size: They're very spacious. I got the wide width to accommodate my bandaged foot, and there was still some space left over.

This product was not so good I asked for a wide shoe as far as me being diabetic and did not get it and the straps on it Don't fit My feet properly now I don't know what you want to do as far as this comment is concerned but it would be nice if you send me a product that is correct cuz this wasn't and as far as giving it stars you get one star.

As far as taking care of the pain from swollen feet and other issues they do a very good job at that, but one very big complaint I have and why I’m giving three stars is because it says pillow soft comfort and that’s very far from the truth, unless I got a bad pair these are probably the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever had on for more then an hour because they do help with pain wearing them is worth it if I’m gonna be out and about out, but as for all day and around the house I’d be more comfortable not wearing anything at all compared to these shoes, now I’m gonna keep for out of house stuff that I need to do because they do help some with pain, and I’d return them if it wasn’t such a pain to do so. Don’t have that kind of time to waste on all that, so for pain is good, for comfort not a chance.. hope this helps, but on a second note they do look pretty cool, to bad they weren’t even a little bit comfortable.. buyer beware..
