I ordered (4) 36” gas struts for my Four Wheel camper to assist with lifting the camper pop up roof.The items are a very good price and high quality I must say.Upon installation I accidentally bent and broke one of the ball end clips. I reached out to the seller and explained my situation and asked if I could purchase replacement clips? Within less than 24, I was contacted by Vikor, a customer representative who was very helpful and offered to send me a pair of replacement clips at no charge.I’m very happy and highly recommend seller and their products.

Missing mounting hardware
Can’t do much with these since they did not come with mounting hardware. Looks like they are supposed to from the pics. If you order the 100lb or bigger, you will not get mounting hardware. I bought a 100 and a 120 and neither had hardware. Arana contacted me and said they would send me mounting brackets but never did. Either buy another vendor or be prepared to purchase the mounting brackets separately. I also purchased the 50 and 80lb to start and they did come with brackets.

YIKES....these struts are STRONG
So I did do research on struts but apparently I made a mistake. The 2 80# struts I bought are VERY STRONG. THE 5FT X 6FT OSB 2x4 framed hinged roof on my generator shed really moves upward to the open position fast. When I close it it takes a good deal of strength...and I'm 6'2" 220lbs. The product is great, my selection of weight was flawed.

They will work for now........hopefully.
Installed these on my clamshell snowmobile trailer. They did fit correctly and support the weight of the top. The ends are plastic vs metal that's shown in the listing photos and I'm very concerned how they'll hold up in the cold. The aluminum tube's that were on my old shocks that you could slide down to act as a safety won't fit on these. There was no diameter listed so I had no idea they wouldn't fit.
