Much Better Than Weaker Material Mops
My mom's been wanting a new mop system for a while since our older mops have snapped due to weak material. So far this mop has been very strong and works really well. It's a little weird with how you can only close it from one side but you get use to it. The bucket is also very strong and can hold a lot of water well enough to clean the entire house with easy. The mop absorbs a lot of liquid pretty easily with very little or no struggle at all making cleaning enjoyable and overall great!

Best Microfiber Wood and Laminate Floor Mop Yet
I have had real wood floors and laminate floors for decades. I struggled with sponge mops getting too much water on the floors. It was an improvement when microfiber mops came along, but they did not fit in buckets, so I had to remove the microfiber pad itself and either rinse it and wring it in a bucket, or walk to the sink, rinse and wring. Plus the pads just didn't clean that well. So when I was in the market for a new microfiber mop, I bought this. Wow! What a difference! The bucket gets the whole pad wet and the "wringer" removes the excess water and gets the pad perfectly damp! I noticed a reviewer said they could only get half the pad wet. You have to fill the bucket to the blade, like the instructions say, and the whole pad gets wet. Very easy to empty. The pads are thick and really clean tough spots. I fully recommend this item.

Better than O-Cedar spin mop
Love it. Used on hardwood floors. No streaks and the floors dried quickly. Like it better than the O-Cedar spin mop.

Good for LVP floors
The microfiber pad works well for damp mopping my LVP floors. I like the divided bucket for wringing excess water out of the pad. Only complaint is the pole is a little too short so more bending over to use it than I would prefer (I'm 5'5"). If the pole was longer, I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4.

Good
I like it it’s easy to use all though it’s like a regular light mop the water isn’t separated and I feel like it takes long for a cleaning business but it is very easy to take from house to house

Worst "mopping" system ever.
This is the worst mopping system I have ever encountered in my life. I am taking a break from my Monday morning cleaning to write this review. Do not purchase it. We typically clean our hard wood floors and tile using a Libman cotton twist mop. However, I found that the twisting mechanism did not wring out the mop sufficiently dry for the second stage of cleaning any floor: a fresh bucket of warm or hot water with nothing in it. So I bought this travesty: Libman’s Rinse ‘n Ring Mop and Bucket System. There are so many things wrong with this, from use to design. Admittedly, I misunderstood the system. I thought there was a divided chamber in the bucket: One to hold water with some cleaning fluid in it to clean your floors (first stage), and the other to hold clean water to rinse/dry your floors (second stage). There are two chambers, but I was wrong about their use. Water only goes in the chamber designated as “wash.’ That is fine enough, but in fact the micro cloth is still left too wet for mopping!!! One should minimize the wetness of any mop for hardwood floors. And we have radiant heat tile floors in our bathroom, which also requires minimizing wetness. I had to let the “mop” drip in the bucket to rid it of excess water. Then came the second stage of cleaning (dry). The second chamber (though it says dry) has to stay without water, empty. You have to refill the first chamber (wash) with fresh water and use the second chamber to ring out/dry the microfiber mop. There is also all manner of design flaws. You have to completely remove the handle of the bucket to remove the lid of the bucket and add water or rinse it out. The instructions tell you not to overfill the bucket, and not to fill it beyond the “clear blade.” You cannot see the clear blade well. It’s clear. Why not just put a line inside the bucket? The bucket feels completely unsteady because the handle is off center. It is closer to the side of the bucket designated “wash,” which contains the water. To clean/rinse your bucket at the end, you must once again remove the handle to remove the lid of the bucket. So, to mop any floor that also requires rinsing, you have to remove the handle and lid of the bucket three times. The microfiber used to clean the floors is left too wet. The microfiber is not dry enough through the dry treatment to dry floors. Awful, awful, awful – or am I missing something? I am amending this review an hour or so later to say that if I could give it zero stars, I would. Amazon should introduce a "zero" rating for products like this. In addition to the above, I discovered: - I am 5'7.5; the handle is just not long enough. My back hurts after using it. - The handle attaches in three parts, and over the course of mopping the kitchen it detached and almost made the bucket tilt over three times. - For the "dry" compartment, because of the design of the bucket and the water being limited to one chamber, if you push down hard on the "dry" chamber, you risk tilting the entire bucket over. Horrible system. Zero!!!!!

Good mop. Bucket is junk.
Handle on the bucket is cheap plastic junk and is not built to last. Never attached correctly and wouldn’t stay on, which meant the squeegee function wouldn’t work. I drilled new holes and added bolts. Works great now.

My wife loves this thing! She washes floors and walls with it! It works great!

The concept is great I just think the product is flawed and wouldn’t recommend it. The rinsing apparatus keeps catching the mop head inside the bucket so it doesn’t slide out easy at all. Super frustrating when you buy something that is supposed to make your life easier and more efficient. Wish it worked.

This is actually so fun to use and the microfiber is the best I’ve ever tried, my floors are way cleaner than using a spin mop.

Way easier / faster than a tradional mop with comparable performance. It's a good compromise for those who like the convenience of the swiffer wetjet but want a deeper clearn.
