I am loving using these hooks. I'm able to keep crocheting for hours.They are calibrated almost perfect, this coming from an electric engineer, using his calibrating equipment. I'm not going to complain about less than a micro millimeter off. The handles are very comfortable and soft. They also don't start getting damp when I'm working on the porch and sweating a bit. Another thing is they have a long shaft unlike a lot if ergonomic hooks.

After crocheting for a short time I was experiencing hand pain. I found 2 sets of hooks that allow me to crochet for hours with no pain. This is one of the sets that allow me to enjoy my hobby. The grips are smooth but thick enough to give a natural hold. The hooks are longer than other hooks giving me the option to hold the hook differently without changing my end results. I do like the tapered end and like the way the yarn glides smoothly with these hooks. I use a variety of yarn weights and these hooks work well with all the yarns I have used so far. I like that the set comes with all the popular size hooks too.

These hooks are comfortable, easy to use, and the grip is much less straining on my hands. The size of the hooks match the Craft Yarn Council sizes of hooks, so it's easier to get the correct gauge when making garments.
