I’ve been talking this about a week now. I like it pretty well. I have noticed a little difference in my energy level. I used to get really tired at work starting at 2 o’clock. I had to fight to keep my eyes open. I noticed since I have been on this, I’ve been wide awake not sleepy and not taking a nap in the day anymore. And I noticed I get more things done throughout my day that I wasn’t able to do before cause I just didn’t have the energy. It’s not a big huge differenc in my energy but there is a difference for the better in my memory and complexion. It has lightened up some of my age spots. It says to take one spoon in the beginning, but when I did that, it didn’t do much for me at all. I noticed it does a lot better when I take two spoons with my coffee in the morning. I ordered another bottle today. It is definitely worth the money I paid for it.

I add it to my first cup of coffee for the day.It’s full of health benefits!

This was my first time trying an MCT oil. I was hoping to use this instead of sugar or creamer in my coffee…i used the recommended amount and it still tasted like black bitter coffee. I tried mixing it really well and you could still see the oil it didn’t want to mix. Very disappointed, and yes it was leaking when it arrived.
