I have used this for hand sewing projects and it works comparably to other big name all-purpose polyester thread I’ve used. It is strong and durable. Other than having a hard time finding where the thread started on the spool, I have been satisfied with this. The spool has a slot to slip the end of the thread into when you’re done, so that next time I’ll find the tail right away. Unfortunately it didn’t come with the end in that slot. It’s pricey at its regular price. Catch it on sale if you can.

Who doesn't need an all purpose thread on hand? Black and White are the most basic. Easy to store, long lasting large spools. Easy to thread even the smallest needle eye.EVERY NEED RESOLVED

This seems to be a good, sturdy polyester thread. I was a little confused, though, because the description on Amazon said polyester thread, but there was a little card in the box that said it was cotton thread. (See picture above for a visual of the card that came with the thread). Looking closely at the thread, it has a twist pattern that is typical for poly. It also shrunk back when exposed to flame, so I really do think this is polyester. It's a little thicker than my other spool of white poly, which is actually a plus for me. It's also very soft. I had no problems using it in my sewing machine. It threaded fine, made a nice, straight stitch, and didn't break or fray in the machine. I made a simple cooling scarf with this thread and had no problems at all. Will continue to use it for sewing projects that work best with poly thread.

First off it works great and the colors look to be a true white and black. I had no problems with my sewing machine and it seems to work just as well as the main brand and the Hobby store.Only thing that is confusing is that the information card claims it is cotton thread when it is definitely poly (as in the item description). Just throw the little card away and start using it and its all good.

I've found that out of all the thread colors I need most, it's always black or white. I wanted a strong thread that would be good for many purposes. In the past I've used a lot of cotton thread but it's simply not very strong and breaks easily. The polyester thread is quite strong. Perhaps only nylon is stronger. I used this thread to customize an e-collar for my cat as they never seem to fit just right and I wanted to make it as comfortable for him as possible. The collar is made out of polypropylene (same stuff most reusable shopping bags are made of) and I had to sew through 4 layers of it so I needed something strong that would hold up. This thread did the job perfectly. I really do like it and can certainly recommend. You get a lot of it for a great price too.

This is basic white thread, something I need periodically, so I stocked up. It is perfect for sewing on a button or making small repairs in light fabric. It is a staple item for any sewing kit. Good value too.

Not sure what else I can say about thread. It's white, and there's lots of it! :)

I got this string for my hair and I must say it works well for what I am using it for. I have no problem with it and I am also using it to hand stitch some things. Other than that it works fine
