Great
This Label printer is cute compact and fast. There is an app to download to help you use the printer. That is very helpful and make it easy to use. The color is super cute. The printer works great. I have printed with it and it prints quickly. I love this item would recommend it.

Some issues. Good customer service.
Final review: The vendor sent me a new printer, free of charge after my review below. The new printer has been used well over 200 times since then and has worked flawlessly. Therefore, I have updated this as my final product review. When it actually prints a label, it comes out great. But it consistently wastes 2-3 labels, only printing a small portion of the label and then stopping. 1st attempt printing success is about 50%. Update: The printer has completely stopped printing a full label (see photo). Seller contacted me and offered a replacement. Update 2: A new printer was sent to me and the first few labels have printed great. The customer service was very good. If the new one continues to print well, I will upgrade my review accordingly.

Exactly what I was looking for and more than happy for I needed it for.
I was keeping my fingers crossed buying this particular thermal printer. I read a couple negative review just to get as much information as I could because I'd been using my actual printer and was on the fence about buying a thermal printer for labels at all. I'd previously bought the labels because I saw how much cheaper these were for the amount and price. But! The ink smeared. So...saying I really didn't understand Thermal Labels or Thermal Printers. Well.. 5 stars. Easily. Don't forget to download the driver and you're in business. Load up the paper.. and you're in business immediately! Very easy to use. Hooked up to my HP laptop.. just make sure you select which printer you want to print letters from labels.. Quality if excellent. Dry.. lol! Compatible with my laptop, compact. If you're on the fence and not technology inclined... and wanted something to print your shipping labels.. this is it.

Very disappointing
The device holds a lot of promise, and fails to deliver on most of them. The printer does recognize label perforations, but that's about it. It does not differentiate to the driver any distinction between label sizes, so you're going to have to work out in mm the size of the page and the offsets. As for the drivers themselves, I tried using this with a Mac and Chromebook. With the Chromebook, the printer would only sometimes respond to a new page command, other times it would not react at all. While there's an option to get logs, the logs were 4 bytes long and effectively useless. Complicating matters is that since the printer doesn't clearly communicate it's sizes, getting Google Docs to recognize it is also a challenge. (Not that it matters, since the printer fails to print.) On the mac, after several installation attempts, i was able to sort of get it to print something, but it only worked once and then I was back to being unable to print. I'll also note that the printer loves to spit out empty labels. Also, the manual is a bit odd. The thermal element is on the top part of the printer, so the label medium needs to be facing up. I'm sure if I spent a few days fiddling with things I could probably get this to do a passable job, but I'm horrified by what sort of instruction tome I'd need to offer family members who want to use it.

Over 2000 labels printed still works perfectly
This printer went through over 2000 labels printed and is still working as of today. I wish it was Bluetooth but the price reflects that. I will buy another definitely.

Great for resale shipping labels
I needed a transportable printer to use between two homes for shipping items sold on ebay, poshmark, vestiaire and the like. I bought 4x6 labels separately and it works perfectly with this printer. My only issue, which really isn't an issue, is that the black carbon printing could be a bit darker but I'm not sure if that's adjustable with the printer or a result of the particular label stock paper. Regardless, the ease of use with this - simply download the driver for use on a Mac, plug the printer for power, connect the USB to a hub and turn it on. Depending on how the PDF label is received, I have cropped the label in PREVIEW so that the print selection is simply the label and not all the white space around as if placed on a 8.5x11 sheet. Select 4x6 as the paper source and you're ready to go. I've printed several labels already and it just makes for such an easy process and professional looking package. Great for low qty and its cost.

Solid Choice for Labeling Needs: My Experience with the Offnova Thermal Printer
I recently got the Offnova Thermal Printer for Labels, and overall, it does a pretty good job. It prints high-quality labels, which is definitely a plus. I did spend some time figuring out the setup, but the support team was quite responsive and helped me within 24 hours, which I appreciated. I mainly use it for purchasing labels on eBay, and it works well for that purpose. I’m still figuring out how to use it for buying FedEx labels, but I'm hopeful it will come together soon. The thermal printing aspect means I don’t have to deal with buying ink, which is a nice bonus! In summary, it’s a solid printer for anyone looking for an affordable and reliable labeling solution. I think it’s worth considering if you have similar needs!
