nice and crunchy with great flavor
SO good! Crunchy and just the right amount of sweet and really hold up in milk. I am gluten free and I eat as an occasional sweet treat at the end of the day . Very good just dry out of the box also.

Delicious but very acidic
This cereal is delicious. Truly reminiscent of brownies. However, if you have any tendency towards acid refulx or indigestion, I wouldn't recommend. The cocoa in it will likely wreak havoc as it did for both me and my daughter. It really upset our stomachs.

Taste great!
As someone who deals with Ulcerative Colitis, I love this cereal because I don’t have bad stomach reactions to it and it taste great! I order two of there cereals every week and have it for breakfast almost every day.
