is this a joke?Is this a placebo?a 60 MG melatonin that does not workat all, my 5 MG I get from the food store helps me much more to be at ease and sleep.this product got me sleepless nights, and is really unbelievable that is not returnable, what a trickery.very crazy to pay for some white powder that who knows what it contains, for sure not a trace of melatonin

This is a high dose product but really works fast and works well. There is no taste. Good price, no side effects. This is not a dosage to be taken every night unless a medical professional tells you to take it. It improves sleep quality, anxiety and severe restlessness.

It's not very relaxing and it gave me a headache every time I took one, which came before I felt any effects. After making you feel sick, it becomes really uncomfortable sleeping. Your eyes don't really get tired. It's a very gradual sleeping aid that takes about an hour to fully set in. It somewhat makes you more alert as the dosage is way too high too. You'd think that dosage means it would work harder, but not really. That's my experience, though.
