Dolce Flav Cotton Candy Extract 2 oz – Kosher, Sugar-Free, Concentrated Carnival-Style Flavoring for Baking, Frostings & Drinks, Includes Measured Dropper

I ordered this after seeing a recipe for cotton candy flavored rice krispie treats. I used just about 1 tsp of this product with 3 Tbsp of butter and a 10oz bag of mini marshmallows. Also added a few drops of red food color since the pink color in the flavoring wasn't strong enough on its own for marshmallow.It blended beautifully into the melted marshmallow, and added just a hint of that classic cotton candy flavoring, which is kind of a mix of artificial strawberry and bubble gum taste. I think I would use a little more next time to really make the flavor obvious in this recipe.Just for kicks, I put a few drops on some ice and poured Coke Zero over the top. Not bad! Probably would work better with a clear soda or even just plain carbonated water.

The list goes on and on when it comes to items I have added these flavors to that made me obsessed! Milkshakes, smoothies, milk, Italian sodas , coffee creamer, ice cream, etc. I haven’t been able to go a day without adding it to something I eat or drink!The brand is well made and packaged and larger bottle than I had thought would arrive! It’s hard to choose just one flavor this company has many many to choose from. Good luck!! It’s amazing a game changer for sure!Also with no sugar in it, u can manage the sugar content of whatever u add it to that’s the best part!

The flavor didn’t hit the mark that I want. It’s sweet, but not “cotton candy”.

It smelled decent and we were hopeful but goodness, no one in our fam could stand the taste. It tasted like medicine. We made it for Italian ice and ice cream in our ninja creami. Such a bummer as cotton candy is our kiddos fav. Need to find a better solution

The media could not be loaded. I have purchase multiple extracts from other companies and they’ve all fallen very short of my expectations. All of them were horribly synthetic tasting and smelling. None came even close to what they were supposed to taste and smell like.Dolce Foglia to the rescue!! Top notch flavor ans it was spot on for making ice cream. Cotton Candy? Yes please. You’ll feel like you’re at a State Fair again - I was over the moon for sure.Value for your dollar - high quality and your confections will be amazing.

A lil goes a long way

This flavoring has been a perfect addition to my cookies! I’ve also added it to frosting. The flavor is perfect and does not taste artificial. I’m excited to try the other available flavors! There are no off-flavors or scents! Definitely value for money!
