Shielded Security LLC amazing company to buy from!
My review is more about the seller than the product. Shielded Security LLC is an amazing seller to buy from. Dan enclosed a personal note in my IQ4 panel box to call if I had any issues installing. I ran into a few snags during install and reached out to him for assistance. He answered my call while at home after hours and took time to guide me through the spot that was the issue on my install. Once I understood the problem the rest of the install went well. I upgraded from the IQ2 panel that quit working. Take the time to select this vendor for alarm parts, top notch customer service.

Great security panel
Very nice panel. Focused on security and integrated easily with AlarmGrid for monitoring. Most of my existing z-wave devices work fine (switches, Yale door lock, thermostats). It lacks some features of a smart home hub. But this is primarily a security panel. I received a nice handwritten note in the box with setup instructions and default codes and a phone number to call if I had any issues. Nice touch!

Received my panel 2 days after I placed my order. It was very easy to set up using the installation wizard feature. The activation process for the free monitoring trial was fast and easy. I received an email, responded and within 15 minutes my trial was activated. Highly recommend. Great customer service!
