Original version with wooden pieces
This is a very sturdy version of the game, with pleasing beech-wood letter pieces.

Not quite the same as pictured in the first image
I bought this version as I liked the wooden materials rather than cheaper sets that use bits of plastic. The first image shows the stands made of wood. The other photos though I now realise are more accurate as when I opened it I realised they are made of plastic. Not too impressed about the misleading initial photo. May as well have bought a cheaper set if I knew it was going to be plastic.
