APPI Massage Balls

Bought these as they were recommended by physio/pilates instructor. As with some previous reviewers I found them very hard. It didn't help that neither the Amazon description nor the packaging itself indicated that these were 'hard'. Consequently I have wear several layers of clothing when using them or the spikes really dig into my skin.

A lot firmer than previous appi balls I've used.

Ive been having treatment on my back for some time & were given exercises to do at home plus I was havingPhysiotherapy & they told me to try massage balls,since I've had them I was very pleased with the results
