I just received today and install was less than five minutes and included attaching the unit to the dash. Good quality and functions very well. For me it was easy USB hookup and play. I have been wondering what to do with my CD album and this is the answer.

I was so happy to receive this CD player for my car, but my excitement didn't last too long. Once plugged in if would'nt read my CD's (new or MP3) . After inserting and reinserting, it did read it a few times only to play one song and eject the CD. No continuous play whatsoever. I tried re-testing it for 3 days and it was the same result until I decided to return it. Don't know if it was a defective item, but I did read it worked well for others who bought it. I ordered another model and hope it works!

This CD player surprised me. It works really well and responds to commands. I needed a USB to C adapter to plug it into my car. Car immediately recognized the device, started playing, and provided a menu. I drove around a bit and no skipping, not even on street dips or speed bumps. The only downside is that the CD player doesn’t recognize the artist or track title on the disc, so unless one knows the tracks very well, there will be a lot of referring back to the disc jacket to play faves. I didn’t need anything else in the box to use it, just the player. The adapter I had to buy separately. Overall, I’m pleased.

Excellent home stereo sound quality with a good stereo and speakers anyways. Plug and play using the USB and 3.5mm aux. Input jack in a 2020 Chevy Traverse. The only drawback is it's rather large for smaller vehicles. Exactly what I wanted, CD's again. They can keep their subscription satellite services. Nor do I need to link my phone to my vehicle to listen to my own music collection. My Bluetooth ear piece works just fine while driving.

This works fine and is my second one. The ease of use and the quality of playing without skipping is excellent. The reason why I am giving it three stars is design issues. First the cord length from the player to where you put it in the USB in the car is very short. It sits on my arm rest, that's how short it is. Naturally, you can't have the player on your armrest while you are driving as it gets in the way and slides. I bought an extension cable on Amazon (USB to USB) and it connected without any reading problems (the player still works) and I can put the player on the passenger seat or on the floor board of the passenger side. The second design flaw is where the cord attaches to the back of the player, it bends easily - too easily - and over time broke off (wires keep being bent at an angle) of my first player making it useless. What it needs is a USB C port on the back of the player that a USB C end can be inserted into like a cellphone and the other end a USB that can be inserted into the USB port on the car. I am especially careful to try not to allow the cord that goes into the back of the player to bend but that is a little difficult if you have a passenger in the right front seat. I put up with it because I am from a generation where we used CDs. I have lots of them that don't have versions of them available to stream through my cellphone. I love listening to my CDs while driving over radio.
