This has made my water taste so much better plus alkaline water has a great amount of health benefits. Buying bottled alkaline water starts to add up plus you’re not wasting plastic bottles. It’s a win win for me.

Added: spout dribbles when you pour, and the spout cover has an open space between the lid and the spout cover. 4 Stars for now... Was very difficult to get the interior part (where the filter rests) to come out. Was worried I would break it before it was even used. Pitches is lightweight, does not seen like it will be very durable, but time will tell. Filter went in very tightly, don't yet know how difficult it will be to remove when the time comes. Like the coating on the bottom so it doesn't slide on the counter. Water tastes great. Will try to review again when it is time to change the filter (if I remember!). All in all would not return, gonna give it a shot.

It works great! I have well water that tastes metallic and a little like dirt. The water is perfectly fine through this filter. Now I can stop buying so many water bottles.

The pitcher filters quickly, but the opening where you fill it is rather small and difficult to open. The meter doesn't work at all. Do not recommend.

Good filter, but not listed on the website any longer. I guess I would need to buy another similar filter. Disappointed

The countdown to replace never worked

I've been using the pH Refresh alkaline water pitcher for a few weeks and I am impressed! I've been drinking alkaline water for over a year now and it does get expensive and while I always recycle buying plastic bottles is a waste. The water pitcher is easy to setup (just like a regular filtered water pitcher) - be sure to read the instructions to prep the filter before use. The pitcher itself is slim so fits nicely in my fridge without taking up to big of a footprint, is reusable and you only need to purchase extra filters - even if I drink 1/2 a gallon a day then it's only 2 filters a year and much cheaper then constantly buying water at the store. My only concern is the counter which did take me a minute to figure out. It starts at 70 which is how many days for the filter but since i measure in litres/gallons I do wish it gave more of an indication of that measurement. I did turn off the counter off since it was not helpful to me.
