Have baked a lot of bread and pizza dough! Easy to use

This machine is so easy to use. The instructions are clear and intuitive. I haven't used it enough to give it a fair and detailed description. The first bread I made was sour dough. The starter dough recipe was right on. I was amazed at how it rose in the maker. The two disappointments are that the sour dough flavor was very weak and breads were too heavy. For the second loaf, I added a handful of rosemary. That didn't taste a lot like sourdough, but it was delicious. I plan to use it for making gifts for friends, and of course, for our own pleasure. Once you understand the idea and process of the bread making, it will be fun to experiment. UPDATE --- After using it since April, I have discovered some remedies: I have used King Arthur flour, exclusively following the recipes that accompanied the machine. In all cases the bread was too heavy. Reducing the amount of flour by 1/2 cup of sifted flour fixed the problem. Sourdough bread tasted more like sourdough and the King Arthur gluten free bread is delicious. The texture was much improved. That is a real bonus as my wife is somewhat intolerant of gluten. It's the only gluten free bread that actually tastes like bread.

My dad sister and me all split this as a Christmas gift for my mom since she's been asking for quite a while. She made bread a few days later and loves it she's been making bread for us now and its definitely a game changer! I would recommend anyone interested in making bread to get this. It makes the bread making process easier as I've seen and heard from my mom and she loves it. For the price as well Its high quality!!

I do not like this bread maker at all. It does not bake the bread. I had to put in microwave last week to complete my bread. Today my toothpick is Wet, Wet, Wet. Strongly suggest avoid this brand. Paid full price at Christmas and am very angry at the poor quality I have. My other bread maker broke and thought this is brand name. Oh no, very poor product.

I am so happy. I haven’t had a real sandwich for what seems like years. I just finished a Turkey Sandwich that was delicious. The frozen gluten free offerings at the grocery store are not worth eating, dence, expensive and flavorless. I spent hours checking GF result reviews. I found an expensive machine that delivered a great light airy loaf with a good dome, but couldn’t afford the $400 price. Then I found this machine… amazing, fluffy and tastes like real bread. Many machines have a GF setting but produce a flat topped heavy loaf because of the timing and frequency of the rise. This loaf is perfect. My granddaughter wanted a piece (smell was heavenly). She loved it and didn’t know it was GF. I can’t wait to make another loaf.

Makes bread properly. Needs a grippy mat under the legs or it walks off the counter -- not unique to this bread maker. The nut dropper works.
