I think it’s a high quality product with a lot of effort put into it. Could be a little more economically priced, there is some room for improvement there. But otherwise that’s it, I buy it whenever I need it

I don't want to rely on medication or melatonin use (which will cause your own body to slow down melatonin production) so I started researching homeopathic/naturopathic solutions. Turns out, you need several forms of magnesium to function and sleep well. I don't mind the taste, it's not the best but it is tolerable. I always fall asleep and stay asleep when I take this.

I tried to dissolve this product in cold water - didn't work and didn't taste good. Next night, tried to dissolve in hot water - didn't work. Used a shaker bottle - didn't work. Even tried to mix it into a smoothie in blender. This product simply does not dissolve! It stays sandy, gritty, thick and flaky, no matter what. I can not continue to try to drink this stuff. Unfortunately, can not return.

Absolutely the BEST magnesium supplement!As a person that workouts 6 days a week and is menopausal I can say that taking this before bed will help you immensely in a plethora of ways.Buy one container and try for a full week and see the difference it makes.I prefer the fruit punch flavor and recommend pouring it while you stir to avoid clumpsCheck Consumer Labs website too, they gave it thumbs up too!So also if you decide you love it buying it direct could save a few bucks
