Connector Fit Perfectly
Just what I needed for connecting to my e-bike cable. I used a Y-splice in conjunction with this cable to supply power to a volt meter. Cost is reasonable. Connector plugged right in and should keep out the rain.

Perfect!
Used the 2 pin version with a matching Y to tap a cell phone charger into my ebike 12v headlight. The only hitch turned out to be the polarity had to be reversed to work. I'm not downrating this product for that because it seems most likely the reversal was in the bike and not the cable.

Not Working & No Support
They state that all you do is fine tune your leveling, turn on the unit, hit “connect” and then select “calibrate”. At this point the “Setup Wizard” takes over and you are done!Well, the fine tune of leveling became a real nightmare! The front is 2” too high - I adjust and the front is now .69” too low! I adjust slightly and front is back to 2” too high! This crap goes on & on & on.Additionally, the App resets itself and I have to reboot and reenter my length, width, which way the panel is facing, etc. After a half dozen times I am ready to throw my phone against the wall!I compose myself and send Customer Service an e-mail explaining all this. It was late on a Saturday, so I need to wait until Monday for a response. I try again on Sunday with the same result occurring. I send another Customer Service e-mail and reiterate my inability to get my RV setup on their App.Today is Wednesday and I haven’t heard from “Flat Earth RV”. Immediately after I bought this program, I have had issues with my legs and underwent two procedures in 4 weeks (it sucks getting old!). I bought this App to make my life easier, but I have been subjected to much pain (& little support) trying to make it work!!!I am committed to moving my RV this upcoming weekend and it appears I will be leveling it the same as I have been doing it. Customer Service at Flat Earth RV is flat lining in my experience.

Cable is not long enough to get to the back of the bike controller from the brake levers. I needed to buy extension cable in addition to this. Very hard to make a nice installation when you can not get cables long enough. I guess making it 2-3 feet longer was too much trouble to give the customer something usefull.
