I use this brand soy sauce all the time, buying it in bottles from the Asian market. So I was very happy to see this on amazon. Lovely flavour. The size means I won't have to replace one of my cooking staples for quite a few months. Great value.

This is a really huge container of soy sauce. Really for commercial use but as I love fried rice and use a lot of soy sauce in cooking I thought I'd try it. And its really nice! It has a strong salty sweet taste and a little goes a long way! This is great value and I definitely recommend it.

I don't know what to say other than it's absolutely the worst tasting thing I've ever eaten, no exaggeration. I've used soy sauce in cooking for 30 years now, many different brands bought from all over the place, and they're all more or less the same - soy sauce is soy sauce. Whatever is in this container is NOT soy sauce. It seems to be some kind of fish sauce, it's got a very strong fish-like smell, nothing at all like soy sauce, not even a little bit. It's *incredibly* strong, using the same amount as I would of any other brand completely overpowered the food, I had to throw it away, and it left a terrible aftertaste. Based on the other reviews, I assume I got a bad batch that was contaminated, or maybe it was mislabelled at the factory or something. It's within use-by dates so I don't think it's gone off. Obviously I can't return it so that's nearly £30 down the drain (literally).

Delicious. I use it in my stir-fry sauces and just as a condiment. I decant it using a small funnel into a squeezy bottle, which is ideal.

J'en ai pour quelques temps :) C'est bien exactement le produit que l'on retrouve en bouteille d'un litre, pas coupé à l'eau parce que plus de quantité.

Wir kochen viel vegetarisch und vegan, daher sind wir immer auf der Suche, wie wir Geschmack an unser Essen bringen. Aufgrund einiger Allergien können wir auch nicht auf die normale gekörnte Brühe zurückgreifen und die aus dem Reformhaus sind für unseren Geldbeutel zu teuer. Da waren wir froh, als wir bei real auf diese Sojasauce stießen. Sie hat einen perfekten würzigen Geschmack und ist nicht salzig. Durch sie bekommen die Speisen diesen Umami-Geschmack, der oft an vegetarischen und veganen Speisen fehlt und sie fade erscheinen lässt. Wir schwören auf diese Sojasauce und haben sie in dem großen Kanister bestellt, weil diese Sojasauce bei uns sehr oft im Essen ist, mal mehr, mal weniger. Wir haben sie nach dem Öffnen in kleinere Gefäße umgefüllt und bewahren sie im Kühlschrank auf. So ist sie bei uns auch nach Monaten noch lecker wie am ersten Tag. Und der Preis ist unschlagbar! Ein kleiner ermutstropfen: Die Sauce ist nicht wirklich hell, sie hat immer noch einen Braunton. Helle Soßen und Dips bekommt man mit ihr nicht hin. Und sie enthält leider Weizen. Für meine Schwiegermutter mit ihrer Glutenunverträglichkeit ist sie daher nichts ...
