Beginners may find easy and in the budget
Metal structure is sturdy. The foam cushions are of low to medium quality.Anti slip grip is average.plywood used on the back of cushions is of poor quality.

disappointment
There is no foot support when someone lay down on bench press. butterfly equipment must be removed for decline bench press also positoin of butterfly is not appropriate. seat holes are not appropriate they cannot be fixed.

Difficult to assemble , holes are given in wrong position . It's difficult to fix it without help of blacksmith . Except this seems sturdy.
