We like this set. It's a better value than the one with the cleaning fluid attached. The pads are easy to wash and do well in the process. They're easy to use. Our hardwood floors look great while keeping the pet fur at a minimum.

Purchase about a year ago and seems to be holding up. I wish the pole was stronger feeling. The price of it and also the accessories feel a bit much I think they could be cheaper. It does what it is supposed to do.

I'm so pleased with this purchase! After reading several reviews and using Bona hardwood floor products in my Roomba, I wanted something to easily dust the floor and be able to do a quick mop. The pet duster works great! I used it on my floor when I thought it was fairly clean and was amazed at the dust and pet hair it picked up!The mop pad, along with the Bona hardwood floor cleaner spray, worked great! I didn't use much force (I'm fairly disabled with back issues and get fatigued easily). It was still a work out, but without putting allot of effort into it, I was so happy with how clean the floor looked (& felt) when I got done.I like the telescoping handle, tho I kinda wish it was a tad longer (I'm tall), but still very pleased with the ability to get under furniture. Swivel works well. The large mopping pad and dusting pad take alot less time.I'm really loving the cleaner as well. The floors look better than anything else I've ever used. No streaking and dries quickly. Safe for me and my pets.Great improvement from the little Swiffer and Swiffer wet pads I've used in the past. And just as affordable. Bona for the win!

This is a good product and worked well on my laminate floors. However, I returned it because the connection on the base where you attach the handle will not lie flat even though the handle will, so it wouldn't go under some of the places I wanted to run it. Just as an FYI, you may want to test it out for a while before attaching the small piece that goes on the top of the handle. It was extremely difficult to get it attached to the handle because it's a very tight fit so when I tried to remove that piece to send the mop back, I was unable to do it. The UPS guy was unable to remove it, too, so I had to buy a longer box to ship it back because the handle was too long for the original box with the headpiece attached. The box cost me almost $10. If you don't need the mop to go under very low furniture then I would highly recommend it.

Awesome broom alternative that doesn’t kick up dust and dirt but traps it and cuts your sweeping time in half! Super easy to use and really thick with great attachment! The swivel head works amazingly so you can keep all the dirt trapped where you want it! Really quality made!

The mop is very easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and straightforward, and I had it put together in no time. The microfiber cleaning pad is quite large, which makes it easy to cover a lot of ground quickly. I have a cat with very fine fur, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easily the mop picked up the fur and left the floors very clean. I no longer have to go through the hassle of using a traditional mop and bucket every time I want to do a quick clean-up. I found that the mop works just as effectively when used dry. I just use my carpet fur scraper to remove the fur from the mop pad for now. I haven't washed the cleaning pad yet, but so far, it has held up well. I also appreciate how easy it is to maneuver, especially around furniture and tight spaces. GOOD BUY!

My first Bona mop finally broke so this was a replacement. This gave me more pads to use. Works well. Easy to put the mop head on and take it off.

After 6 months, the mop head broke off where it connects to the handle. It's plastic, oh well. I emailed Bona to see if I could purchase just the mop head. Their rely requested a picture, serial number (on a mop?), date of purchase, where I purchased it, and birthdate of my first born male child. They needed the picture so they would know what part to replace. Now, this mop has 2 main parts: the head and, the handle. Well the pictures that I took of the broken part and the Amazon receipt didn't download properly on the return email I sent to them. So, I got another email from them strongly needing the picture of the broken part with several exclamation points to stress the urgency!!!!!! Really? At this point, a well trained customer service person would have just sent me a new mop. It was < one year from purchase. Or, just use common sense and send a new mop head. It's what I requested in the first place. Pretty sure even I had a 50/50 chance of getting that one correct. I resent the picture, then told them to cancel the order and use the money to retrain their customer service staff. I will order a different brand from now on.
