So far, so good!
I like this wire quite a bit so far. My new pendant (see photo) took me moments to make and I was very impressed with the way the wire held those curves. It was definitely half-hard, so may be a bit tricky for a new person but with a little bit of practice, they should master turns fairly quickly. Also, the shine is pretty and is what I was worried about: real silver color has an almost white sheen to it but stainless steel does not. I was afraid this wire would look too much like stainless steel but all in all, I think it will pass at quick glance for being "silver in color".It was fairly easy to cut with my good flush cutters but the tool you supplied is not one I would recommend with which to cut this wire. It works pretty well on 22 or higher gauge wire but 18 gauge, not so much. That's ok - I can always use another pair of needle nose pliers for my students!I would have given it 5 stars but I've only had this product for a few hours and only made a couple of things (one pendant, one ear cuff). As I said, so far, so good! Would I buy it again? Yes, very good for my teaching purposes, and when students are ready to handle a more expensive wire, I feel they will graduate to it fairly easily. Meanwhile they will have beautiful pieces of wire jewlery to wear or use as gifts.

Not the right color
The copper color was much more orange than the copper I’m used to getting. I didn’t use it so I can’t comment on anything else. But the description says “mostly copper” which should have been a red flag. Pure copper is usually listed as 99.99%, which arguably means “mostly”, but seeing how the color is so off, maybe there’s more to it. Returning because it doesn’t match the rest of the copper I have from all other sellers I’ve purchased from. Gave 3 stars because it’s usable and would be fine for someone who doesn’t have my issue.
