Never write a review but this is just brilliant. Never had a bad product from this brand but this product is quite exceptional

Works really well to keep my make-up in place all day. A small amount goes a long way.

As you can tell from the images, I've used this product a lot. It is wonderful in many ways, feels fairly light on the skin, makes my skin feel very silky and makes makeup go on easier and blend better. I've removed a star as I personally have to use quite a bit of product to get the desired effects, unfortunately my skin really doesn't like makeup going on it, so it might be more personal to me that this is the case. This is my second or third time ordering this product and using it, though, so clearly I do really like it and find it works well. I enjoy the ordinary products as they are affordable and tend to have simple ingredients, something good for my sensitive skin.

I have never really used primer before, but as a 46 year old with an increaingly deep 'number 1' frown line between my brows, I decided to give a silicone primer a go, given that they adhere and help disguise lines and wrinkles and get the skin prepped for foundation, etc. I haven't used the primer all over my face, but just around my eyes and on my awful frown line. I have been REALLY impressed by it. The slightest amount only is required (my top tip is to not use too much, as it can appear cakey and flake off if overloaded) It is enough to blur the frown line before adding a touch of foundation or concealer. Often I don't even need to use a foundation over the primer as the primer is enough to conceal it. It does not hide the line completely (only botox would do that!!!) but it certainly does make it far less visible. I would highly recommend this primer. It has no colour to it, adheres really well to the skin and is a great base for any other products. At an affordable price also, it is well worth a go.

Yes, the container is small but you only need a small dab. I think if you rush your face then things can get messy, I prep my face, apply moisturiser then SPF and then allow to settle for a couple of minutes whilst I do something else, then a small amount of this primer. The consistency is hard to describe it glides over your skin and gives some but not a lot of blurring, again let it settle before a foundation. This may sound a faff but you get into a routine, I really think it’s important to let each stage ‘settle’, the alternative would be a BB cream where you slap it all in one go. I’ve tried other primers, some way more expensive per unit price, but really like this one. Makeup is of course highly individual but the price is not going to break the bank, just remember get into a routine and allow each stage to settle.

Very good, moisturising and lightweight primer. I have dry skin and with this primer my skin looks nice and smooth under the makeup and my wrinkles around the eyes look less visible.

Primer itself was good, you didn't need a huge amount and it went quite far. It felt like it sealed in on application but it didn't help reduce pores or shine. I also felt there wasn't enough product in the tube, it ran out very quickly and never felt full. A good price for primer if you don't need anything but a simple base, but there are better products on the market.

Absolutely love this stuff. Never used a primer before. I don't fuss much with make up. Usually just mix foundation work moisturiser and rub it on with hands. But this stuff makes the skin so smooth. Previously if i tried to apply foundation on its own it wouldn't spread out well and i prefer not to look caked! This makes it glide easily and evenly.
