Very happy with my little freezer.Too high when on counter to clear my cabinets but 1 day and I have ice as needed.Very convenient solution to limited freezer space with my kitchen refrigerator with top freezer. This solves the problem and can be moved to the den when needed.Good choices,

My freezer died after not even two years. Was kept in an office environment. Always kept cleaned and maintained.I wasn’t expecting much when I reached out, I am so glad that I did! They far exceeded my expectations and I’m currently waiting on my replacement. Their customer service is top notch.

**UPDATE to this review. I had a one-star and changed to a 5 star. I was contacted by the seller and given more $$ back.**The freezer was fine and a good size just for freezer items. Basic small freezer. I bought it for my mom in an assisted living facility because she kept sneaking into the freezer to eat the communal ice cream. Once we got the freezer she decided she didn't want ice cream anymore because it's bad for her. She took the freezer out of the box, but never even plugged it in. Just put it in her closet. So, we needed to return it. Well, the reason for the lack of stars is because this thing was about $120 w/tax. The seller charged me $22+ change in shipping fees AND another $10 for a promotional credit they'd given. They kept over $32!! What? Unacceptable here at Amazon! Do not buy from this seller.

I like the freezer. Nice and compact. Make sure you only need a small freezer because it is small. It is nice for the space. 4 stars because there's always room for improvement.

I bought one of these a little over 1 year ago. There was no “bottom to the cardboard box when it arrived, only taped styrofoam. There was a dent on the side and the door did not close tightly ( almost an inch off). I asked for a replacement after sending pictures and it arrived 2 days later. Unfortunately, as I was required to pay $40.00 to send the other one back….I ended up paying for 2 of them. I was told by repairman it would cost at least $90.00 to repair, so opted out of that.As I was pretty sure it just needed an adjustment, I looked through YouTube for “how to realign a freezer door. The hardest part was getting the bolt off. 5 minutes later…It’s working great!Both are working great. They freeze very quickly, no leaks, and everything stays frozen. I’d get the larger one, but I’m scared it would arrive damaged and then I’m stuck.

Product arrived leaking oil, did not cool, and would shut off after a minute of running. They expect me to pay the shipping to return it which I assume will be pretty costly. I'm deciding whether to just eat the cost of this freezer and learn from my mistakes.My advice is "don't buy this product".

Update: reached out to the seller and they are sending me a new one since the freezer was still under their one year warranty. Will see if the new one dies or not after a short period.Ordered and received this item in December 2024. It's March 2025 and this freezer has died on me. Waiting to see if the seller will contact me about warranty.
